Every paid Halo order has an invoice with its own invoice number. You can download it as a PDF from My Halo at any time, for any of your orders, including ones you bought before invoices were added.
Download your invoice
- Open the manage link in your order email. If you cannot find it, request a fresh link from My Halo using the email you used at checkout.
- Open Past orders and select the order you need.
- In Order details, select Download invoice. The PDF saves to your device.
Each download link is made when you select the button and lasts ten minutes. If one has expired, go back to Past orders and select Download invoice again.
Buying for a business
You can put your company details on the invoice. All of them are optional:
- Company name
- Billing address
- Tax ID
There are two places to add them:
- At checkout. Open Buying for a business? under your email address and fill in what you need.
- Afterwards, in My Halo. In Order details, select Add business details, fill them in and select Save details. Then download the invoice again.
The details print on the invoice exactly as you type them, so they can use Latin letters, numbers and common punctuation. They appear on the invoice only. They do not change the price you paid.
If you change the details later, the invoice keeps its number and shows the date it was revised.
What the invoice shows
- Invoice number and issue date
- Date of supply, which is the date you paid
- Order reference, your Halo order number
- From: Halo eSIM Ltd, with our registered office and company number
- Billed to: your name and email address, and your company details if you added them
- The plan you bought, the quantity and the amount in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card paid in another currency, the amount it was charged is shown beneath
- Payment status and how you paid
- Any refund on the order, dated, with the net paid
If you cannot get into your portal
Portal links are tied to the email address used at checkout. Request a fresh link from the portal entry page using that address.
If that does not work, chat with Hal. Hal will pass your conversation to the team, who can send the invoice to the email address on your order.
