You can pay for a Halo plan by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. Payment is taken once, in full, at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
What we accept
Everyone sees these:
- Credit and debit cards. The most common way to pay.
- Apple Pay on Apple devices, and Google Pay on Android. Both appear automatically when your device supports them.
- Link. Stripe’s saved-details service. If you have used Link before, your card fills in for you.
You may also see wallets and local payment methods for your country, which vary by where you are and what your bank supports.
The checkout window is the source of truth. It builds its list for your country and your device, so anything shown there is a method we accept.
Discount codes and promo codes
If you have been sent a code by Halo, you can enter it at checkout. Open “Have a discount code?” on the details step, type the code and press Apply. We check it before you pay, so the price you see in the payment window is the price you pay.
One code per order, and a code comes off after any Halo Credit on your account.
Codes we did not send you will not work, and a code cannot be used twice. If a code will not apply we say so under the box and your order carries on unchanged at the price you were quoted.

What we do not accept
- Cryptocurrency. We do not take Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer or direct debit. There is no option to be billed and settle later.
What you are charged
Prices are set in GBP and shown in pounds on the site, unless you pick another currency from the menu. Your local currency is presented at checkout using Adaptive Pricing by Stripe. You are charged in the currency you see at checkout, so the figure you agree to is the figure that leaves your account. There is more on this in how pricing works.
Who handles the payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s own secure checkout and are never held by Halo.
