Your receipt

Every Halo order has a receipt you can view, print, or save as a PDF at any time from your eSIM portal page. You do not need to ask us for one.

Find your receipt

  1. Open your eSIM portal page. The link is in the email that delivered your eSIM, or you can request a fresh link from the portal entry page.
  2. Open the receipt for the order you want. If you have bought more than once with the same email address, your other orders are listed there too, and each one has its own receipt.
  3. Use Print or save as PDF. That opens your browser’s own print dialogue, where you can send it to a printer or save it as a PDF file. There is also an Email me this receipt button if you would rather have it in your inbox.

The receipt is a web page rather than an attachment, so it is always up to date. If a refund is later applied to the order, it appears on the same receipt.

Do you issue invoices?

We issue receipts rather than invoices. The receipt is what expense and reimbursement systems normally need: it shows who was billed, what was bought, what was paid and when.

What the receipt shows

  • Order – your Halo order number
  • Date – when you bought it
  • Billed to – the email address used at checkout
  • Plan – your destination and the plan, with its data allowance and how many days it runs
  • Amount paid – in the currency you were charged, with the GBP figure alongside
  • Refunds – any refund applied to the order, dated, with the net paid
  • Halo eSIM Ltd’s registered company details, at the foot of the page

If you cannot get into your portal

Portal links are tied to the email address used at checkout. Request a fresh link from the portal entry page using that address.

If you are not sure which address you used, or the link does not arrive, chat with Hal. Hal will take the details the team needs and pass your conversation to a real person, so you do not have to explain it twice.
