Halo eSIM is a trading name of Halo eSIM Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15176432.
What appears on your receipt
The foot of every receipt carries the company name, confirmation that it is registered in England and Wales, the company number above, and our registered office address.
The receipt itself shows your order number, the date, the email address billed, the plan you bought and the amount you paid. You can view, print or save it at any time from your eSIM portal page – see your receipt.
Who takes the payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on Halo’s behalf. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never held by Halo. If you do not recognise a charge, open your receipt: it will tell you the order it belongs to and what was bought.
