Halo data plans are a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees.
What you pay for
When you buy a Halo data plan, the price includes:
- A fixed amount of mobile data (for example, 3 GB or 10 GB).
- A validity period during which you can use that data (for example, 7 days or 30 days).
- Instant delivery of your eSIM by email.
- Access to Halo support if you need help with installation or troubleshooting.
There are no activation fees, SIM card charges, or delivery costs. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
No subscriptions
Your plan does not renew automatically. Once your data is used up or the validity period expires, the plan ends. There is nothing to cancel and no ongoing charges.
If you want more data during your trip, you can top up your plan manually. If you take another trip later, you purchase a new plan.
Prices in your currency
Halo uses Adaptive Pricing by Stripe to show prices in your local currency. If you are browsing from Australia, you see prices in AUD. From the UK, in GBP. From Japan, in JPY.
The currency is determined automatically based on your location. Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout, so you know exactly what you are paying before you complete your purchase.
Refund policy
If your eSIM has not been activated (meaning it has not connected to a network), you are eligible for a full refund. See Refunds and cancellations for the full policy and how to request a refund.
